/ The promise

Barcelona isn't visited.
It's lived.

With more than 2,000 years of history and nine UNESCO monuments, Barcelona reveals itself best the way it was meant to be walked: slowly, in good company, with someone who knows where to pause. I'd like that someone to be me.

/ What I offer

A blank page,
every time.

I don't run fixed routes. I'd rather build the day around the people in front of me. Here's what that looks like in practice.

01 · Bespoke

Private & personalized

The tour belongs to your group alone. Architecture deep-dive, food crawl, proposal staging, kid-friendly mystery game. I shape the day around what you actually came for.

02 · Local

A local host, not a recital

You get the history, of course, but also where to eat tonight, which queue to skip, and which neighborhood square is worth a longer coffee. I'm a guide and a host in the same person.

03 · Slow

Slow travel, your tempo

No clock-driven schedule. If a plaça asks you to stay another half hour, we stay. If you want to flip the plan halfway through, we flip it. You hold the rhythm.

04 · Easy

Full English support

Everything explained warmly and clearly, plus official ticket links and logistical tips before you arrive, so the only thing left for you to do is show up.

/ Sample experiences

Real stories,
turned into memories.

A glimpse of days I've built for previous guests. Yours will look nothing like these. That's the whole point.

First visit · 4–8 h 2–6 guests

Barcelona Essential: the first hello.

A magical introduction to the soul of the city. We trace Gaudí's most loved pieces and slip into the mysteries of the Gothic Quarter on a fluid, unhurried route. Ideal for understanding, in one morning, why people keep coming back.

Family · 4 h kids 6–13

Family Detectives: Gaudí, on a clue trail.

We turn the Gaudí route into a mission. Kids get a field notebook and a string of clues to crack the city's mysteries through play. The grown-ups get the culture; the kids get the win. Everyone gets ice cream.

Day trip · 8 h private car incl.

Quiet at Montserrat & Cava.

Escape the city on a private drive up to the serrated, mystical Montserrat massif. We finish the day with an elegant Cava tasting at a modernist winery. Designed for couples who came here to actually exhale.

Take this day
Insider · 4–6 h slow walk

Authentic Barcelona: past the guidebook.

For travelers who want to feel the real pulse of the city. Hidden galleries, neighbourhood bodegas thick with history, lesser-known landmarks you'll have almost to yourself. The Barcelona that hasn't changed in a hundred years, even on a Saturday.

/ Wow experiences

Once in a lifetime,
staged carefully.

A small number of special projects each year, for moments that need a co-conspirator, not just a guide.

💍

A "yes" written into the city.

Marriage proposals turned into film scripts. Anniversaries, surprise birthdays, staged as treasure trails through the old city, sunset concerts on a private boat, intimate rooftop dinners. I'm your accomplice for the moments that only happen once.

✈️

From Barcelona to the sky.

An adventure that bends gravity. A private flight in a classic aircraft over the Catalan coast, followed by a medieval afternoon in Girona and a gourmet lunch. Begins on a runway, ends in a golden sunset over the Mediterranean.

/ About Ana

From the foothills of Bran
to a cockpit and the streets of Barcelona.

I come from the legendary heart of Romania (Bran), but for more than 15 years my heart has beat to Barcelona's rhythm. I've learned this city street by street, with the same curiosity I bring to flying.

I've been a certified tour guide since 2007, and I'm also a licensed aviation pilot. When I'm not at the controls, I'm on the ground here, walking the city with the people who chose to come see it. Aviation taught me discipline and attention to detail; Bran taught me to receive guests warmly. The combination is, I hope, what makes the day feel both effortless and crafted.

After years of leading large groups, I decided to only create intimate experiences. I prefer quality over quantity, and I want to show you a Barcelona that's alive and surprising, the one I see from above and from the ground.

/ Frequently asked

Before you book.

A few honest answers. If yours isn't here, message me on WhatsApp. I reply personally.

I'm an officially certified tour guide in Romania, with more than 10 years of experience, and my training has been recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya. I don't yet hold the local Catalan license, because the process requires advanced Catalan (C1). I'm enrolled in coursework and hope to finish that step soon.

What this means for you: you get the same depth and quality of guiding, at a more accessible price. Inside specific monuments such as Sagrada Família or Park Güell I can't deliver narration myself, but I accompany the group as an interpreter and brief you in full just before you go in.
Not as a rule. I prefer intimate tours dedicated to small groups (max 10) where I can pay real attention to each guest and adapt to the actual rhythm of the day, free from a rigid checklist. I do have experience with organized tourism and will occasionally take on larger projects, but only when the brief fits the way I work.
Yes, completely. Because tours are private and the group is small, I can adapt easily to children, seniors, reduced mobility, visual impairment or any other specific need. Tell me who's coming and I'll craft a day that works for everyone in the room.
I'll happily help you plan and I'll send you the official pages where you can book quickly, safely, and without hidden fees. As a rule I prefer not to make bookings on your behalf. It avoids confusion around pricing, availability and last-minute changes.

I strongly recommend booking Sagrada Família in advance and only through the official site: sagradafamilia.org. Daily access is capped and slots disappear fast. Intermediary agencies aren't always transparent. Go direct.
Yes. Day trips to Montserrat, Girona, Figueres (with the Dalí Museum), wineries with Cava or wine tastings, wellness & spa retreats, and similar destinations. I drive my own car and personally accompany small groups, which keeps the day comfortable and on your terms. We design it together: route, stops, lunch options, the lot. Message me with your dates and I'll suggest a few shapes.
Yes. Please mention it at the time of booking so I can prepare the paperwork correctly and on time.

Tell me who's coming.
I'll write the day.
